Delivery & Returns

The cost of postage and packaging (available for UK shipping only at this time) is included in the listed price of each item on our product pages. Orders will be packaged and dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class within 2-3 business days upon receipt of payment.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at cutscraftsandmore@outlook.com to discuss a refund. The cost of return postage shall be borne by the customer, except in cases where the item is faulty.

Cancellation Rights
