How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free (uk shipping only at this time) and items will either be packed in a box or padded envelope and sent via Royal Mail 2nd class.

When will I receive my order?

I aim to post items within 2-3 days of receipt of payment but it typically sooner.

What materials do you use?

I use a variety of materials, ranging from cotton yarn, galvanised steel wire, macrame cord, and cotton fabrics.

How can I tell how big my item will be?

I do my very best to list accurate measurements in the product listings; however for a custom word/name etc if you drop me a message before ordering I can give you an idea.

Do you offer international postage?

Currently, uk shipping only.

What is your return and refund policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at cutscraftsandmore@outlook.com to discuss a refund. The cost of return postage shall be borne by the customer, except in cases where the item is faulty.

Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please email cutscraftsandmore@outlook.com within this 14-day period. You will then have an additional 14 days to return the items in their original, unused condition for a full refund.
